Our custom scripted voice over, spectacular HD quality video, and internet ready video files, set our videos apart.

Every home tour includes high definition video shooting, post production editing, copywriting, professional voice over narration, graphics and licensed music. You will get a branded version (with all of your contact info) and an unbranded version for the local MLS. 

Once the tour is complete, we send you the links to the tour which can be easily placed in listing sites, or shared in emails and social media. You also get embed codes so it can be put directly into a website, a QR code that can be put on flyers, as well as the actual video file. We also upload the tour to our HomeStar YouTube channel and share it on social media as well.

If so desired, professional photography can be added to your package at affordable rates.  Blue sky replacement is included in all photography packages at no additional charge.

In addition to video home tours, we offer neighborhood tours, branded with your contact information, plus agent profile videos to help set you apart from the competition.
