How Long Does It Take?

At HomeStar Video Tours we make the production process as simple as possible. The videographer will spend around 90-120 minutes filming the property, depending on the size of the home.  Post-production editing takes an additional 4-6 hours off site.

Where Does the Video Go?

We will send you a link to your tour. This link can be placed on your local MLS, your personal website, your company’s website, in promotional emails, the possibilities are endless. Videos can also be uploaded to popular video sites such as YouTube, Facebook, Wellcomemat, etc.  We will upload a full, high definition copy of your video tour to various video websites such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.

How do I order a video tour?

Click on the "Book Now" button at the top, fill out our online contact form or call or e-mail HomeStar Video Tours at HomeStarVideo@outlook.com.

What do I need to do before the video tour appointment?

For the best presentation, prepare the property as if it were an actual open house day.  We have an easy to follow checklist that we'll send you once you schedule your video tour.

How will my Video Tour be delivered?

Your video is hosted free of charge for the life of the listing on our video hosting service.  The video is optimized to play on any computer, smart phone or tablet.  We also will provide you an embed code for use on your own web site, as well as the actual video file.

What about Music?

The licensed music for each HomeStar Video Tour is hand-picked to match the home and the target buyer market.

How about Narration?

HomeStar Video Tours won't leave buyers alone in the home.  The professional narration guides them through the listing. A HomeStar Video tour tells the unique story of the home, showcasing the key features and selling points.  You WON'T get: "Here's the dining room." "Look at the view." "Here's the pool."
